For large items like X-ray machines and sterilizers, we work with your Field Representative and our Equipment Service Team to ensure the unit you need is ordered, shipped, and installed. We take care of everything, handling every part of the order in the hassle-free Henry Schein way.

7. What are the differences between Overstocked, Demo Model, Reconditioned, and Manufacturer Reconditioned products?

  • Overstocked: New products in the manufacturer's original sealed package
  • Demo Model: Open-box products that have had no clinical use
  • Reconditioned: Products in excellent condition, restored to the manufacturer's specifications

8. How will my equipment be delivered?

All items (excluding some sterilizers and large equipment) will be shipped via UPS. You may choose UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day when placing your order. See Shipping Rates on our website at https://hsioutlet.com/shipping-rates/ for more details. Sterilizers and large equipment will ship Freight.

9. How soon will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours. Orders submitted on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the selected method: UPS Ground (5 - 7 Days) or UPS 2nd Day. Freight orders will be scheduled.
