Who can be an administrator on my account and what capabilities will they have?
The admin on your Henry Schein web account will be assigned as the default admin on your Thrive Rewards account. Other users on the account can seek admin rights via the account admin or through your Sales Consultant.
Will Thrive Rewards replace Connection Awards completely?
Yes, the Connection Awards Program will be discontinued on May 28, 2022.
Does a customer have to be enrolled to start earning Thrive Rewards Points?
Yes, enrollment is necessary to begin earning Thrive Rewards Points.
Is there an enrollment or annual fee for Thrive Rewards?
No, there is no enrollment or annual fee associated with Thrive Rewards.
How can members access the Thrive Rewards platform?
You can access the Thrive Rewards dashboard by selecting the Thrive Rewards option from the My Account gear dropdown menu, located at the top right of the Henry Schein Dental website. The platform employs single-sign-on technology, which means if you login to your Henry Schein Dental Web account you will not have to login in again when accessing the Thrive Rewards platform.
What is the value of my Thrive Rewards Points?
All Thrive Rewards Points have a redemption value of 1 point = $0.005.
Do Thrive Rewards Points expire?
Thrive Rewards Points earned at the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels will expire 2 years after the date issued. Rewards points earned at the Bronze level will expire 1 year after the date issued.
Is there a minimum purchase amount to Earn or Redeem Thrive Rewards Points?
No, there is no minimum purchase amount required to earn or redeem Thrive Rewards Points. Members can begin redeeming Thrive Rewards Points once they've reached Silver Level status ($15K+ in purchases in the prior 12 months).

Yes, members can still earn and redeem Thrive Rewards Points for purchases even if they have an outstanding balance that is past due.
Is there a limit to how many Thrive Rewards Points I can redeem at one time?
There is no limit on how many Thrive Rewards Points can be redeemed at one time, however, Thrive Rewards Points redemptions are limited to a maximum credit value of up to 50% of qualified purchases.
Will I only earn Thrive Rewards Points when ordering online? Will I earn Thrive Rewards Points if I place my order via phone or through my Sales Consultant?
It does not matter how you choose to place your order. Thrive Rewards Points are earned equally for all eligible purchases regardless of how the order is placed.
Will Thrive Rewards Points be earned for purchases that are financed, and will financed purchases be eligible for Thrive Rewards Point redemptions?
Yes, financed purchases will receive Thrive Rewards Points and be eligible for Thrive Rewards Points redemptions.
How do I enroll if I have multiple locations within my practice?
All of your locations that have a common Billing account number will be automatically added to your enrollment. If a new location is added to your practice after enrollment, that location will be auto-enrolled within 24 hours. If your practice includes multiple Billing accounts please contact Thrive Rewards Customer Service at 1-800-888-6684 (8AM-8PM EST Monday-Friday) for more information on how to proceed.
How do I enroll in Thrive Rewards?

When will my Thrive Rewards account be activated?
A member who has enrolled in Thrive Rewards can expect to have their account activated within 2 business days after enrollment confirmation is received.
How can I deactivate a user on my Thrive Rewards account who is no longer employed with my practice?
Your Thrive Rewards account admin can access your Rewards Dashboard by logging into your Henry Schein web account. Once you are in the Dashboard, navigate to "Authorized Users" on the left hand navigation menu to view all users on the Thrive Rewards account. Select the edit icon on the user you would like to deactivate, change the status from active to inactive, and save the change.
Will my Connection Awards account automatically transfer to Thrive Rewards?
No, existing Connection Awards members will need to initiate the transfer request and consent to the transfer of their points to the Thrive Rewards program prior to May 28, 2022. Visit www.henryscheindental.com/thriverewards to transfer today.
Will my current Connection Awards points balance transfer to Thrive Rewards?
Yes, Connection Awards Points will be transferred to your new Thrive Rewards account once the account has been established (for example, a points balance of 10K in Connection Awards will transfer to Thrive Rewards as a 10K points balance). The standard redemption value of Thrive Rewards Points is $0.005/point.
What will happen to the current Connection Awards program?
The current Connection Awards program will be discontinued on May 28, 2022, and at that point the Thrive Rewards program will be the sole customer rewards program. Current Connection Awards members will be able to redeem their Connection Awards points up until the program is discontinued, and will also receive several reminder notifications prior to it being discontinued.
What happens if I am a current Connection Awards member, but have not transferred to Thrive Rewards by the time Connection Awards is discontinued?
If you have not transferred when Connection Awards is discontinued you will be enrolled in Thrive Rewards, with your points transferring into the Thrive Rewards program, but you will have to consent in order for your account to be active.
Do you have to be a Thrive Signature Subscription member to enroll in the Thrive Rewards program?

What is the difference between Thrive Rewards and Thrive Signature?
Thrive Rewards is our no-fee loyalty program that rewards members with practice benefits including earning Thrive Rewards Points from their first dollar spent. Thrive Signature is a subscription program with exclusive benefits and savings available to members for an annual fee.
Will the Thrive Rewards program benefits be evaluated and enhanced regularly?

How will my member tier status be determined?
Tier status is determined at the time of enrollment based upon your purchases in the prior 12 months. Tier status is reviewed upon account anniversary (date of enrollment or date of last tier increase) and will be adjusted if you qualify for a different tier based upon your purchases in the prior 12 months.
Will I be notified of a change in my tier status?
Yes, you will be notified of any tier status change via email. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for your new benefits to be the reflected in the system.
How do I maintain my tier status?
Tier status is reviewed at the account anniversary date (date of enrollment or date of last tier increase). You can keep your tier status by maintaining your prior 12 month purchase requirement required for each tier.
How can I increase my tier status?
Any time purchases over the last 12 months increases to the next tier minimum purchase threshold, tier status (and anniversary date) will be automatically adjusted. Tier status will be evaluated at the anniversary date and adjusted to the appropriate program level based upon purchases in the prior 12 months.
