Statement Pay Vs. Invoice Pay

Designating your account as statement pay versus invoice pay impacts how credits and payments are applied to your account and how you find information online.

  • Statement Pay Accounts will see all credits and payments applied to the oldest open invoices. On our Website, this application will happen automatically. (similar to your monthly Credit Card Statement)
  • Invoice Pay Accounts will be presented with the option to make payments against specific invoices.
  • If you’d like to change your current Billing method, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-472-4346 and they will assist you with this change.

Henry Schein offers convenient E-Delivery of your Statements and Invoices to the email address of your choice. If you'd like to enroll to have your documents sent via email, please complete this form which will be sent to our Credit Team for review.
