Ethilon® nylon monofilament sutures are composed of long-chain aliphatic polymers and are used to position and secure soft tissue in the oral cavity following oral surgery procedures. Ethilon® Sutures are nonabsorbable and are available Undyed or dyed in Green and Black colors to increase visibility. Ethilon® Sutures are indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and meet all requirements established by the United States Pharmacopoeia (U.S.P.) for nonabsorbable surgical sutures. Available in the sizes ranging from 6-0 to 2-0 for all needle codes including FS, P-3, PS-3, PS-2, PS-1 and others.
