Heatwave® Customizable Impression Tray allows clinicians to easily self-customize the trays by hand. Immersing the thermoplastic tray in water for 60 seconds at 70°C (158°F), enables it to be shaped by hand and molded to a patient’s particular arch size and contour. By running the tray under cold water, or by leaving it at room temperature, the tray will assume its normal rigidity after adaptation.
