The vhf E3 mill enables you to automate the precision trimming of occlusal appliances with an in-house developed TRIMCAM software which automatically recognizes the trimline on which the occlusal appliance is milled from. The machined fabrication ensures a consistently high quality.
The E3 is easy to integrate to existing or new digital workflows with a machine weight of only 25 kg and with no use of compressed air, the compact E3 offers maximum flexibility during onsite installation. The mill comes equipped with a collection tray for chips so no separate or add-on extraction system is required. The E3 can produce precise aligners, bite splints, grinding splints and other splints, including sports mouthguards. Despite its compact design, the interior of this mill contains only high-quality industrial components.
