For use as an absorbable gelatin implant in neurosurgery, ocular surgery in connection with glaucoma filtration operations, extraocular muscle surgery, and diathermy or scleral operations for retinal detachment. Assumes a rubbery consistency and can be cut to desired size and shape and fitted to irregular or rounded surfaces.
