This super-absorbent core absorbs and retains moderate to high levels of fluid away from the wound bed protecting delicate wound tissue and surrounding skin while helping to reduce the risk of maceration, even under compression. A heat-sealed border prevents leakage while a soft, non-woven wound contact layer aids patient comfort. Kerramax Care Dressing is also available with an adhesive border.
