6-part differential:

XN-L provides an automated 6-part differential on every sample. Using fluorescent flow cytometry and a proprietary software algorithm, the XN-L generates an accurate and reproducible immature granulocyte count that includes myelocytes, promyelocytes, and metamyelocytes. The IG% and IG# results require no additional preparation time or extra reagents and may help to reduce the number of manual differentials.
