Calcium hydroxide paste with iodoform. Used for root-canal filling therapy in temporary procedures. Adding iodoform to the calcium hydroxide improves radiopacity and adds an antibacterial agent to the paste. Stimulates hard-tissue formation and apexification. Also recommended for treating traumatic injuries and cases of root resorption.
