  • As items near their expiration, the system automatically reorders replacements.
  • New supplies are shipped, and the updated expiration dates are recorded in the system.
  • You can access detailed information about each medication, including its name, NDC, and expiration date, through OnTraq at any time.
  • If any medication is on national backorder, the system flags it, and suitable substitutes or alternative medications are provided when available
